China is the country with the largest number of DC transmission projects and the highest transmission voltage level in the world. At present, several 800kV UHV DC transmission lines have been officially put into operation, and DC transmission lines with higher voltage levels are being prepared. In order to support the State Grid Corporation's "global energy Internet" development strategy with UHV grid as the backbone network, and compete for the international discourse power in the field of DC UHV, the national high-voltage metering station has been conducting research for the first time at 1kV~1000kV. The direct measurement method is used to realize the self-calibration of the DC voltage proportional standard value. An iterative algorithm based on the partial pressure ratio voltage coefficient detection method of the separable auxiliary voltage divider, the temperature distribution and heat dissipation of the voltage divider during heat balance, and the resistance are proposed. A variety of innovative methods, such as the mutual compensation method of component voltage coefficient and temperature coefficient, mastered a number of core invention technologies such as “a 2/1 partial pressure ratio self-calibration method of voltage divider”, and researched on DC UHV proportional standard. A major breakthrough has been made, and a DC ultra-high voltage measurement standard system with completely independent intellectual property rights has been established, which has raised the level of uncertainty of DC voltage in China from 1kV to 500kV by two levels and filled the 500kV~1000kV DC voltage. The blank of the proportional magnitude is less than 5×10-5 for the measurement uncertainty of 500kV~1000kV.
