Among them, steel, yellow phosphorus, abrasives, some metallurgy, and chemical companies generally trade at 0.07 yuan/kWh; other manufacturing industries such as medicine, equipment manufacturing, building materials, fertilizers, mining, food and other industries generally have a preferential margin of 0.01 yuan. / kWh.

The reduction in the cost of electricity has promoted the development of industrial enterprises in Guiyang, especially aluminum and aluminum processing, which is known as the "power consumer," and the phosphor chemical industry. According to statistics, from January to April of this year, the industrial growth rate of aluminum and aluminum processing industry in Guiyang reached 15.4%; the industrial growth rate of phosphorus and coal chemical industry reached 10.5%, and all of the city’s yellow phosphorus furnaces that meet the national industrial policy started production.
