The "Regulations" make it clear that no noise-generating decoration work is permitted in buildings that have been completed for use in residential buildings from 12 to 14 o'clock, 20 o'clock to 8 o'clock on the following day. If the decoration work is carried out in other time periods, measures shall be taken to avoid disturbing the normal life of the surrounding residents. If this rule is violated, the local public security organ may give it a warning; if it does not correct after warning, it shall be fined not less than 200 yuan but not more than 500 yuan.
