Preparation of soilless culture substrate and nutrient solution

Soilless culture is divided into two types: matrixless cultivation and substrate cultivation. Solanaceous vegetables are cultivated in a substrate. The commonly used substrates are peat, sawdust, rice husk, sand, ceramsite, rock wool, perlite and vermiculite. The cultivation of tomato and cucumber vegetables with a mixture of peat and vermiculite works well.
1. Preparation of the matrix. Peat is generally air-dried during transportation and may agglomerate, so it needs to be pulverized into 1-5 mm fibrous or agglomerate particles. Before the matrix is mixed, the pH, conductivity and main nutrient content should be determined separately. The contents of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium should be determined by peat. The mixed matrix used in production is prepared according to 388 liters of peat and 388 liters of vermiculite, and added 4540 g of lime powder, 908 g of superphosphate (20% P2O5), and potassium nitrate (14-0-44. , phosphorus, potassium content, the same as) 454 grams, chelated iron (10% iron) 28 grams, boric acid (17.48%) 23 grams. Potassium nitrate and chelated iron need to be sprinkled into the matrix by hot water, and the limestone powder and superphosphate should be crushed and mixed into the matrix. Immediately after the mixing is uniform, the substrate is placed in the cultivation tank, and the crop is planted in time.
2. Preparation of nutrient solution. After the cultivation of cultivated crops, different nutrient solutions need to be replenished at different growth stages of different cultivation substrates, different crops and crops.
1 The nutrient solution for the cultivation of tomato in the grass anthracite matrix, 500 g of magnesium sulfate per 1000 liters, 270 g of potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 200 g of potassium nitrate, 270 g of potassium hydrogen sulfate, 200 g of potassium pinate, 100 g of potassium sulfate 500 grams of calcium nitrate, 25 grams of chelated iron and 150 ml of trace element solution; nutrient solution during harvesting period, the calcium nitrate content is increased to 680 grams, and other nutrients remain unchanged.
2 nutrient solution for cultivating cucumber, 500 g of magnesium sulfate per 1000 liters, 270 g of potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 200 g of potassium nitrate, 680 g of calcium nitrate, and 150 g of each trace element solution of 25 g of chelated iron; The calcium nitrate content increased to 1357 grams, and other nutrients remained unchanged.
3 The trace element solution contains 5.0 g of boric acid, 4.5 g of manganese chloride, 0.25 g of copper chloride, 0.1 g of molybdic acid and 0.8 g of zinc sulfate per 300 ml.
