density

Density is the basic indicator of high-grade slow-rebound material. Generally, it is at least 80 density. However, this is the easiest indicator. Even products of the same density will vary greatly, mainly due to differences in formula, process and raw materials. The resulting high-grade slow-rebound material must be high-density, but only high-density is not necessarily a high-grade material;

Rebound time

Many consumers think that the longer the rebound time, the better. This is a misunderstanding. A good rebound time is about 3-5 seconds. Too short to get a slow rebound effect; too long will make the body stiff (think if you turn over, it hasn't rebounded for a long time;

Manufacturing process

There are two manufacturing processes for slow rebound: cutting and molding. Cutting is the finished slow-recovery sponge that is bought and cut into a pillow; the molding is made by a series of processes such as foaming and vacuuming with a mold, which is complicated. Density, feel, and service life are all related to this;

Feel and temperature sensing
