Permeability resistance of acid and alkali resistant gloves

Permeability resistance of acid and alkali resistant gloves:
1. The requirements for latex and rubber gloves for permeability test are as follows:
A test piece of 100 mm × 100 mm was cut out on the palm, the back of the hand and the sleeve, and three pieces were taken, and a total of nine pieces were taken. The test piece is placed on a glass tube (the glass tube is filled with 68% sulfuric acid or 40% sodium hydroxide solution, and a pigment such as blue or crystal violet is added to color the solution), and then the glass tube is placed on a glass plate with filter paper. on. The test piece was brought into contact with the solution for 30 min. Check that the filter paper should not be dyed, and the surface of the test piece should be free from cracks, dissolution, peeling and other abnormal phenomena after washing and drying.
After passing the above test, the test piece was subjected to a tensile test. At a tensile force of 4.9 N (including the weight of the lower clamp), for 10 min, the test piece shall be free of cracks, breaks and other anomalies.
After the above first test, the above test was repeated, but the contact time between the test piece and the solution was reduced to 15 min, and no abnormality was observed after the inspection.
2. The penetration resistance requirements of latex and rubber gloves. The latex or rubber finished gloves were immersed in a concentration of 68% sulfuric acid or 40% sodium hydroxide solution (impregnated into the wrist) for 30 min, and then the gloves were hung for 24 hours without drying off the attached solution for natural drying. Repeat the above test three times.
After the above-mentioned tested finished gloves are worn on the hand, after 30 times of gripping and relaxing action, visual inspection of each part should have no obvious abnormal phenomena such as expansion, hardening and shrinkage. Only when the test piece and the finished product test meet the requirements, can it be judged that the penetration resistance is qualified.
3. Resistance to permeability of acid and alkali resistant plastic gloves. The test piece and the finished product shall pass the test of a concentration of 40% sulfuric acid or 35% sodium hydroxide solution in the same manner as the latex and rubber gloves.
