SHC-1 Monitor Load Series
The SHC-1 Monitor Load Series is designed for measuring, displaying, and controlling various hoist, door, bridge, and other automated devices that handle heavy loads. It supports a wide range of load sensors, including pressure (tension) force sensors, and is controlled by a single-chip microcontroller. The system includes a watchdog circuit for automatic reset, and the software incorporates multiple anti-interference measures to ensure reliable operation in harsh industrial environments.
This series of load indicators features a power-down memory function, which ensures that all preset data are permanently saved even after a power outage. It also offers various output interfaces such as control relay contacts and an RS485 communication port, making it easy to integrate into networked control systems. With different structural options available, the device is suitable for long-term continuous operation in demanding applications.

• When the load reaches the set alarm point, the corresponding indicator light turns on, an audible alarm sounds, and the system alerts the operator accordingly.

Third, Working Principle

The single-chip controller stores parameters like pre-alarm value, full-load alarm value, overload alarm value, no-load calibration value, and full-load calibration value in internal EEPROM memory based on button operations. The A/D converter then reads the load cell value, applies digital filtering and scaling to determine the actual load. This real-time load value is displayed, and compared against the set alarm values to trigger relays, lights, and audio alarms. It also outputs BCD and 4~20mA current signals.
The device communicates with the host computer via the RS485 interface according to the specified communication protocol.
