Application of diamond tools in stone flower processing

There are many ways to process the stone flower line: the most used one is the milling wheel (the die cutter), which is suitable for the narrow flower line; the circular saw blade cuts the stone into a strip shape, and is milled by the milling wheel to fit the width. And narrow flower line production; cut with diamond bead saw, suitable for relatively large flower lines. In addition, there are several flower processing methods such as stone processing centers. The three commonly used methods are as follows.
1. Direct processing with a forming milling wheel. This is the most used method for processing stone flower lines, and it is also the most economical and most efficient method. It processes the shape of the undulations of the flower line faster. This requires that the milling tool opposite to the concave and convex lines of the flower line be prepared in advance, and the curve is ground on the stone line machine. The grinding wheel should be prepared for coarse grinding, fine grinding and polishing, and can be used in sequence.

2. Rough machining with a diamond circular saw blade, followed by finishing and polishing with a milling wheel. This method is suitable for those wide or narrow shapes where the undulations of the flower line are relatively large. If the grinding wheel is directly processed to have a large amount of wear, and the circular saw blade with a relatively high cutting efficiency is first removed, most of the excess material is removed, and then the grinding wheel is coarsely ground, finely ground, and polished.

3. Cut with a diamond bead saw and then grind or manually polish it through a profiling machine. This is suitable for processing relatively large flower lines. The cutting can obtain both concave and convex flower lines. If the design is good, both flower lines can be used in one project, which is conducive to cost saving.
