Third, lubrication
(1) Fill the worm gear box at both ends of the machine with 20# mechanical oil, which is subject to the worm gear or worm, and be replaced every three months;
(2) The flow bearing should be filled with calcium-based grease, and it should be one-third of the inner cavity of the flow bearing when filling.
Fourth, try to turn
The user must check the various parts of the machine before use. Firstly, clean the mixing slurry, mixing box and all parts of the machine, and move the V-belt pulley by hand to check whether there is any difficulty, obstruction, and check whether the mixing slurry is rotating correctly. Whether it is sensitive, etc., when the confirmation is correct, then the empty car test, the transmission of each component is flexible and no abnormal sound, no vibration phenomenon, the stirring slurry has no wall phenomenon, each bearing is less than or equal to 60 degrees, the electrical performance is good, the parts are complete, after inspection It can only be officially started after it has been operated and meets the requirements for use.
V. Operational matters
(1) It is advisable to immerse the stirring slurry, then cover the upper cover and drive again.
(2) Stop the machine first, put the container in front of the rack, take off the top cover, start the dump motor, and tilt the mixing box to pour out the material.
Sixth, maintenance and maintenance
(1) The V-belt is loose for a long time and should be adjusted to avoid the belt slipping and wearing, but it should also prevent over-heating;
(2) Electrical lines should be protected from moisture;
