When adjusting, firstly rotate the thermostat knob clockwise to the maximum position, open the two-speed power switch, the whole machine is in the maximum output state, heat up for about 5 minutes, and tap the upper surface of the shell with the back of the hand. When the temperature of the heater housing is higher than the set temperature, the thermostat will automatically cut off the power supply to stop heating, and the internal heat will continue to be released. When the surface temperature drops by 15 °C, the thermostat contacts will automatically close, the heating will heat up, and when the temperature of the housing is higher than the set temperature, the power will be automatically turned off to stop heating. Second, the correct choice to use the power switch

The electric oil heater uses two sets of sealed electric heating tubes as heating elements, and the two sets of heating tubes correspond to two selection switches of two grades. At present, the common heaters on the market are 1500W and 2000W. Under the conditions of the standby line, the correct selection of the power position can save power and reduce the line load. When the heater is turned on or the indoor temperature is low, the two-speed selector switch is turned on at the same time, the heater is rapidly warmed up, and after the working temperature of the surface of the casing reaches the set temperature point, the thermostat automatically cuts off the power supply. At this time, 1 or 2 should be selected. The power of the file. When the thermostat is reset, the lower power is used to heat up and gradually increase the indoor temperature.

Third, pay attention to keep the room sealed

The electric oil heater uses the air convection to increase the indoor temperature, and the indoor temperature affects the power supply. The indoor sealing property is good. After the room temperature rises, the electric heating time is short, and the heat dissipation time is long, thereby saving electricity.

Fourth, no cover

The heater works normally, and the surface temperature of the casing is relatively high, and it is generally set at about 90 °C. The temperature control of the heater is realized by the temperature deformation of the metal piece of the thermostat in the mask. If the heat sink is wrapped around the cover in order to bake the clothes, the temperature of the covered hot film will be significantly higher than the temperature felt by the in-plane bimetal, which makes it easy to burn the clothes and may cause heat conduction components inside the heater housing. damage.

5. It is forbidden to invert upside down or put down electric heating

The special heat transfer oil is poured into the heater housing. After heating, there is a certain pressure inside. In order to ensure the internal pressure is less than 0.2Mpa during normal use, the heat transfer oil fills about 70% of the total volume, and there is a large space inside. Inverted or laid down, the internal heating tube is exposed to the oil surface. In this case, the electric heating may cause over-fire and burst, which may damage the heating tube.
