(4) There is material sandwiched between the guide plate and the chain bucket, and the input angle of the material of the machine base is enlarged.
(5) The bearing fails and cannot be operated flexibly. Replace the bearing.
(6) The block or other foreign matter stuck in the housing shell, stop the removal of foreign objects.
(7) The tooth profile of the sprocket (transmission, driven sprocket) is corrected, the sprocket tooth shape is corrected, or the sprocket is replaced.
(8) Bad toothing of drive sprocket and chain, correct tooth profile of drive sprocket.
(9) Drive chain idle, adjust the chain length.
(10) The housing is not installed properly, and the verticality of the full length of the housing is adjusted.
2, motor base vibration (1) the motor itself is not good rotation, remove the rotor to check the static balance.
(2) The installation precision of the reducer and the motor is poor, and the centering exceeds the specification, and the readjustment is performed.
(3) The precision of motor base installation is not enough, and the horizontality exceeds the specification requirements and re-adjustment is performed.
(4) The transmission sprocket has an error and needs to be readjusted.
(5) Bad tooth shape of transmission sprocket, need to correct tooth shape.
(6) The tightness of the drive sprocket is not appropriate and should be readjusted.
3. Drainage ash (1) Full-length flange part of the case is damaged or leaked. Replace the new pad, apply sealant and retighten the flange bolt.
(2) The material leaks from the slits of the machine head and the machine base, add seals or sealant.
(3) The height difference of the input material is too large, the feeding pressure is increased, the material input method needs to be changed, and the feeding buffer device is added.
4. The lifting capacity cannot reach the design capacity. (1) The material is adhered to the bucket and the chute, and the material is periodically removed according to the degree of bonding.
(2) The capacity of the front part of the bucket elevator is insufficient, resulting in a small amount of material to be thrown, so that the hoist cannot reach the design capacity, and it is necessary to improve the production capacity of the front equipment.
(3) The lifting speed is slow and the speed ratio of the drive sprocket must be changed.
(4) The material metering method is improper, or the measurement error, check the meter, check the proportion of the material, and re-correct the calculation method.
5. Insufficient material discharge capacity (1) The mechanical capacity of the rear part of the hoist is small, so that the discharge chute is blocked and the production capacity of the rear mechanical equipment is improved.
(2) The discharge chute is too small or the chute angle is not suitable. Correct the chute.
(3) The material adheres to the bucket and the chute, and the material needs to be regularly removed.
