The locomotive camshaft 410 bearing extractor is a small, left and right side transmission gear bearing cage with 100 DF4 diesel locomotives. Damage is a frequent failure. It is necessary to remove the camshaft timing gear and the large and small over-wheels, which is time-consuming and laborious, and sometimes needs to be returned to the intermediate repair section for processing. . The main bearing plate is a rectangular body with a width of 60mm, a thickness of 30mm and a length of 240mm. The material is Q235 steel. The two ends of the main bearing plate are each formed into a semicircular rectangular process guide hole with a hole length of 60 mm and a width of 20 mm, and two auxiliary rods can pass through. A 30mm hole is machined in the middle of the main bearing plate, and the main ram is a trapezoidal screw of M30@300mm. One end of the auxiliary pull rod is a long bolt of M18 coarse common thread, and the other end is a flat drum end.

Principle When the 410 bearing cage is damaged, after removing the corresponding peripheral parts, insert the flat end of the auxiliary extractor into the bearing raceway symmetrically, rotate 90b to clamp the flat drum end into the bearing raceway, and then use the inspection rail. The locomotive and vehicle workers use the saw blade milling cutter to cut the slot and the matching tool to clamp 70 slots in the computer numerical control vehicle.

The standard grooving inserts can not meet the requirements of these parameters. Therefore, a saw blade cutter with a diameter of 5018mm and a thickness of 01762mm was selected. At the same time, a tool holder matched with the turret of the lathe was made. After the saw blade is milled and positioned with the locating pin, the groove can be machined. Put the main bearing plate on the end face of the main ejector pin at the end face of the small over wheel axle, tighten the auxiliary tie rod nut to make it evenly stressed, and tighten the main ram with a wrench to push the small intermediate shaft of the wheel to remove the bearing. When replacing a new bearing, the bearing can be hammered in with a copper rod or the bearing can be pushed in with a small over-wheel tightening nut.
