First, construction preparation
Prepare all the materials and tools used during the construction of the plasterboard ceiling.
Second, the construction premise

Third, the process
1. According to the horizontal line of the room 50, use the vertical vector of the ruler to design the elevation of the ceiling, stretch the horizontal line of the ceiling elevation along the wall, and draw the keel line on the wall;
2. Determine the elevation of the lower end of the boom, and press the big keel position and the distance between the booms to weld the one end of the boom without a turnbuckle to a 40×40×4 corner. The boom is fixed to the ceiling with expansion bolts.
3. Attach the big keel to the suspender with a hanging piece, tighten the screw and secure it until it is firm and adjust the big keel to the horizontal state;
The 4.38 and 50 main keels should be arranged parallel to the direction of the lamps (brackets to avoid the position of the tuyere and the lamp) to enhance the lateral stability of the large keel and the integrity of the boom.
5. After the middle keel has been installed and the elevation, spacing, straightness and hanging load are in accordance with the design requirements, the installation of the keel is started.
6. The gypsum calcium silicate board should be trimmed perpendicular to the ribs on the back of the board when it needs cutting.
7. The side keel of the gypsum board ceiling in the corridor, water room, and smoke prevention room is made of wood keel, and the keel is 20mm thick and 50mm wide.
Fourth, pay attention to matters
Finished product protection
1. After the keel is installed, you can step on and hang heavy objects on the keel;
2. During the construction process, take care to protect the completed facilities such as the line pipe;
3. The installed roof is strictly prohibited from collision and contamination.
