During the meeting, Wang Jinliang, vice chairman of the China Battery Industry Association and director of the Technical Service Committee, accepted the interview on the website of the “Lead Battery Industry Access Conditions†(hereinafter referred to as “Access Conditionsâ€).
Wang Jinliang said that the enterprises that have passed the "Admission Conditions" have made great progress in the automation level of the overall equipment, the production and operation environment of the enterprise, the health protection conditions of employees and the management level. Now, the review of the access conditions is still going on. Through the upgrading of the company's technical equipment, the elimination of backward production capacity and the small enterprises that fail to meet the threshold, I believe that when the "access conditions" review is completed, China's lead battery industry The overall level will change a lot.
The purpose of the admission audit is to eliminate enterprises that fail to meet the threshold, most of which are small enterprises with poor equipment, environmental protection and occupational health protection. The elimination of these enterprises is beneficial to the overall development of the lead battery industry. Due to the large overcapacity in the industry and the small enterprises that have been eliminated, the capacity of the small enterprises is not large. Therefore, the promotion of the “access conditions†review will not affect the normal supply of the market.
It is understood that there are only 13 companies that meet the "Lead Battery Industry Access Requirements". According to the documents of the five ministries, the enterprises that have not passed the environmental verification and the “access conditions†will be eliminated by the end of 2015. For enterprises that are currently applying for verification and preparation for declaration, Wang Jinliang suggested that enterprises should upgrade the manual operations required in the “Entry Conditions†to mechanized production as soon as possible, allowing the existing manual processes to be mechanized as much as possible, allowing the largest manual devices to exist. Limit the reduction of unorganized emissions to reduce environmental pollution and ensure the occupational health of employees. With the advancement of environmental protection verification and access conditions review by relevant departments, it is hoped that enterprises can seize the time to actively declare, and there must be no luck.
