This model is suitable for hot spinning and closing the bottom of high pressure gas cylinders, fire extinguishers, diving oxygen cylinders, seamless pressure vessels and compressed natural gas cylinders. The outer diameter of the steel tube is φ300 mm to φ620 mm, the wall thickness is 5 to 25 mm, and the length is 2 to 13 m. It consists of main machine, bed, headstock, main drive, closing carriage, hydraulic device, chuck, roller bearing, combustion device, jet cooling device, Siemens machine tool flexible control system and electronic infrared thermometer for cylinder forming The medium frequency induction heating system, the tailstock track clamping and conveying system, the loading and unloading robot control system and the cylinder rolling automatic control system are composed of many parts.
The spinning press control system is housed in a separate electrical cabinet and is equipped with "RITTAL" air conditioning. The complete electrical design meets the latest international standards. The Siemens control system is the most flexible control system on the market. The display on the operation panel uses an anti-wear and anti-vibration LCD screen. All diagnostic and fault information is clearly displayed on the display to judge the latest 200 faults. The program can be backed up by standard USB interface, and various buttons and control components are arranged in order on the control panel to realize various functions of machine tool operation and programming, and induction heating and loading. The CNC control system optimizes and obtains the track of the wheel, and any workpiece contour can be machined while forming the bottom of the bottle.
When working, the spinning steel pipe is firstly subjected to medium frequency induction heating. After heating to the process temperature, the steel pipe is positioned by the conveying system at the position to be rotated, clamped by the chuck, and the spindle is rotated at a high speed with the steel pipe under the control of the Siemens control system. The combustion device is reheated, and the rotary wheel begins to multi-pass the high temperature steel pipe according to the corresponding procedure until the forming meets the design and process requirements. After the spinning is completed, the chuck is loosened, and the squeezed gas cylinder is withdrawn from the main body along the slide rail and is controlled by the loading and unloading robot to pass through the cylinder rolling conveying system to the next working unit.
