Second, the common mistakes in the design of stone curtain wall structure

1. The pre- (post) embedded parts are placed on the masonry structure or the lightweight partition wall.

In the "Technical Specifications for Metal and Stone Curtain Walls" (JGJ133), the concrete strength of the main concrete members connected to the curtain wall columns should not be lower than C3O. Refer to the Technical Specification for Glass Curtain Wall Engineering (JGJ 102): When the curtain wall is connected with the masonry structure, it is advisable to add reinforced concrete or steel structural beams and columns to the main structure of the joint. Lightweight infill walls should not be used as a support structure for curtain walls. The masonry structure has poor plane support ability, and the lightweight partition wall has poor bearing capacity and deformation ability, and can not be used as the support structure of the curtain wall. For the floor with a higher floor height, the designer solves the problem of the force of the curtain wall column. In addition to increasing the cross-section size of the pole or using high-strength materials, some projects add a support point to the wall between the floor structural beams. This support point should be reliable and effective on reinforced concrete (or steel structure) structural beams (columns).
