During the test, the load shall be increased smoothly and without impact before 75% of the specified bending failure load, and then increased to 35%-100% of the specified bending failure load per minute until the test article is destroyed (observable The damage is obtained, or the load indicating value of the test machine is no longer increased. The load at this time is the bending failure load of the test piece.
For post insulators, the load should be increased smoothly and without impact before 50% of the specified bending failure load, and then increased to 35%-100% per minute for the specified bending failure load to the test product. The observed damage is observed, or the load indicating value of the test machine is no longer increased. The load at this time is the bending failure load of the test piece.
If only the withstand load test is required, the load is raised to the test load specified by the standard, and if the test piece is not damaged under this load, the test is passed.
