Northwest Aluminum Foil Special Extrusion Material Project Passes Special File Acceptance

On May 12, Ou Jingyi, Director of the Department of Document Security of the General Office of China Aluminum Corporation, came to Northwest Aluminum to conduct inspection and acceptance of special projects for aluminum foil projects and special extrusion projects. Experts who participated in the inspection and acceptance were Gansu Provincial Archives Bureau and Chinalco internal company archives management experts, and representatives of project general contracting units, supervision units, and major construction units. Zhang Xuezhi, the chief financial officer of Northwest Aluminum, the head of the director's office and equipment engineering department participated in the acceptance.

At the acceptance meeting, Zhang Xuezhi welcomed the arrival of the experts in the acceptance group. The acceptance team heard the report on the project management of Northwest Aluminum and the major participating units, and spot-checked archive files of aluminum foil and special extrusion materials. After a one-day acceptance, the special acceptance of the above two project files was unanimously adopted.

At the closing meeting, Ou Jingyi congratulated the aluminum foil and special extrusion materials project for special inspection and acceptance of archives. At the same time, he requested to carry out rectification in accordance with the problems raised by the experts of the acceptance group, and strengthen file management in future projects. Zhang Xuezhi, on behalf of Northwest Aluminum, stated that it must do a good job in rectification and follow-up work. The adoption of the special inspection and acceptance of these two project files marks a further step forward in the completion acceptance of the project.
