a preparatory work before manipulation
1. Check the number of filter plates and the order on the rack;
2. Check the condition of the filter cloth, and do not fold or break it;
3. Check the connection of each tube of the thrust plate, whether the bolt is tightened, and whether the gasket is well padded;
4. Confirm that the pull-tab box is docked on the side of the cylinder block (this is limited to two-in-one 1000M2 filter press).
5. If you find the above error, you should correct it in time...
Second manipulation process
1. Manipulation proceeds according to the above process:
Pressurized filter plate hydraulic pressure retention → feed filtration → water wash → diaphragm press → relax filter plate → manual pull plate unloading slag or automatic pull plate unloading → next process
2. Close the power switch and the power indicator light is on;
3. Press the oil pump start button to start the oil pump;
4. Press the filter plate to press the button, the piston pushes the pressure plate and presses all the filter plates. When the electric contact pressure gauge rises to the upper limit of 20Mpa, rotate the switch to the automatic pressure holding "I" position, and the working pressure value is maintained between 15Mpa-20Mpa;
5. Start the feed pump feed filtration;
6. After the filtration is completed, the filter inlet valve is closed, the washing water valve is opened, and the filter cake is washed. When washing, the water nozzle marked with the washing plate on the filter plate should be closed;
7. Open the compression valve, inflate the diaphragm, and press the filter cake again to reduce the water content;
8. Rotate the switch to the pressure reset reset “0†position, press the oil pump start button, and then press the filter plate release button to return the pressure plate to the proper position;
9. At this time, you can manually unload the slag, press the “pull plate forward†button, the pull plate box will automatically pull the filter plate one by one and unload the slag one by one. When the last filter plate is pulled, the pull plate box will return to the original position. ;
10. After cleaning and checking the filter plate and filter cloth, you can enter the next filtration work cycle.
