I have to say that I am a stupid person. Learning technology is more difficult, and the molds that have just started are always slow and unqualified, and they are not less criticized by leaders. Feeling may not be suitable for this industry, once thought about giving up. The master always advised me that practice makes perfect, fails to sum up, and makes a little progress every day. In this way, I persisted for a month, and the technology was not very skilled. The master always encouraged me and told me that the stupid bird flew first. These four words benefited me a lot. In the days that followed, I was always the first to go, the last one to go, to ask questions when I encountered problems, to write the easy-to-break problems in the book to sum up the experience. Hard work pays off, I can finally skillfully process qualified molds, and don't mention how happy I am. Slowly, I have more experience, work efficiency has gradually improved, and quality has met the requirements. Under the leadership of the workshop director and the master, we have spent many days and nights, breaking through a technical problem, from the initial production of ordinary molds to the ability to produce molds that are as fine as hair, and can produce large to thick steel. Mold. The departments are getting bigger and bigger, and the number is increasing. We all made it to the end, and finally made achievements, from scratch, from less to more, from simple to complex, from small aperture to large aperture, product quality has also been widely recognized in the market. The teacher's words and deeds and encouragement let me see the quality of our Quartet: persistence, diligence and warmth.
In 2013, the company issued the internal newspaper "Sifangda Window". Every time I saw it, I felt very intimate. I can not only see the company's policies and dynamics, but also see the knowledge information, the company's production model, and the staff's feelings. With a lot of excitement, I have also made many submissions. In the past few years, I have not only learned the knowledge of other fields through the internal magazine, but also felt the company's corporate culture, and my knowledge has also been greatly expanded.
In 2014, our workshop moved from the old factory area to the new factory area because of the expansion of production scale. There was also a twist in the time of moving the factory. At that time, all the machines and equipment were moved, the workload was heavy, the overtime was heavy, the task was heavy, when I slacked, I was I also clearly remember the words that the master inadvertently said: You have a lot of power. If you only use five points when you are young, you will regret when you reach me. (At that time, I was lazy, always thinking that he was there, the meaning of this sentence that I really understood after many years). After the relocation, the modern industrial factory, clean and tidy work environment, let me see the future of the company, and strengthened my belief in hard work. After moving into the new factory, the 11th workshop became the current precision diamond mold division, and the number has increased a lot.
After a few years, the classmates and friends around me have started their careers. During the period, there are job-hopping, promotion, entrepreneurship, and everything is still good. I also consider the industry I really want to do, and I have thoughts. Floating, but also talked to the leader. The leader told me that I must be clear about my strengths and weaknesses and then decide my own life goals. He often asked me to look at the words of the career department: change what you can change, accept what you can't change... ...and then I want to understand, work, and life. As the saying goes: those who will not persist and fear falling will never stand up. As long as you set a correct life goal and stick to it, everything will not be difficult.
That year, the company’s first batch of public rental housing applications for employees came down. I thought that I had to enter the company late, I don’t know if I was eligible. But when the public rental allocation form is posted, I am eligible. I was excited and felt the warmth of Sifangda. The company did not only allocate according to the time of entering the factory, but considered the comprehensive scores of factors such as performance scores. I deeply realized that the pay will always have the meaning of return.
There are more people in our department today. I also understand the responsibility that should be assumed as an old employee, bring new people, and strictly control the quality of products, and do not dare to relax. In June, we had a newcomer in the group. Going home from work, I accidentally saw him standing at the door of the company. I asked him why he would not return to the dormitory. He said that waiting for a taxi to pull the baggage, I told him that it was not necessary. What do you spend on the money? Where can I send you away? In this way, he was sent to his dormitory downstairs. He said a lot of thanks. Why am I doing this? Because when I first entered the factory, the money did not bring much, my master also helped me. At that time, we lived a few kilometers away from the company, and the master took me back by bike. I think this is the spirit of the Quartet: a friendly, open-minded. It is this spirit that has been passed down to create one after another enthusiastic and kind-hearted Quartet.
Looking back, I think about the work and life of Sifangda, and the scenes flashed in my mind. The company’s mutual fund rescue, employee love donations, and so on, can’t be written. I have gained a lot here. I have had tears, sweat, have paid, and have gained. I am more moved. In the past 6 years, I am grateful to the company for providing me with a platform to display my talents. I would like to thank my masters and leaders for their guidance and help.
