3. Check whether all tools are complete, whether there are cracks and looseness, and whether the original protection of the tool is intact.

4. Carefully fill in the work ticket and confirmation ticket before maintenance, and hang up the inspection card at the place where the maintenance equipment can be controlled, and implement the principle of who should pick it up. For example, two (more than two) group operations should each hang their own Inspection cards may not be used together to use one inspection card.

5. The maintenance personnel must place inspection cards at the controllable console, fill in the listed accounts, and set guardians of the inspection cards. No personnel other than the listed personnel may delist.

6. When two people (two or more persons) work together, they must have master and follower, unified command, and the contact signal between them must be clear and correct.

7. All maintenance personnel must not specify temporary security pairs when they cannot perform the original warranty.

8. The commander of the overhead crane should wear the armband and direct it according to the commanding gestures, and no one can command the overhead crane.

9. Every job above 2 meters belongs to high altitude operations. Operators must wear safety belts or safety ropes or take other safety precautions.

10. Check whether gas cylinders, oxygen valve boxes, gas belts are leaky, and if the oxygen valves have a flashback device, do not connect the valves without a flashback device.

11. Gas cylinder spacing or acetylene cylinder distance The oxygen valve box must be maintained more than 5 meters. All cylinders must be more than 10 meters away from the fire source, and install a flashback device, and the cylinder is in good condition.

12. When using gas cutting, the oxygen pressure must not be too high, 100 torch oxygen pressure ≤ 0.5MPA, 300 torch oxygen pressure ≤ 1MPA

13. The acetylene cylinders must not be placed in an upright position. Oxygen cylinders and acetylene cylinders must not be exposed to high temperatures and exposure to the sun in the summer. In winter, the cylinders need to be warmed and poured from the top with warm water at 40°C.

14. Six-sided steel lifting items must not be used because they are too brittle and are prone to breakage. This can cause accidents.

15. To confirm that the rolling mills in each row have been completely powered off, and to avoid live processing and maintenance.

16. The safe voltage must be used for running lights. If it is a damp environment or a closed environment, a safe voltage of 12V must be used. Part of the copper wire of low-voltage transformer joints must not be exposed.

17. When working in the gas area, you must wear the co alarm. The alarm must be safe and effective.

18. The on-site commander shall confirm the instructions issued by him at any time. The maintenance personnel must be familiar with the safety measures, the hazards and preventive measures of the inspection site, and make on-site confirmation.

19. Before the inspection, the emergency stop button of the device must be photographed or the power of the device must be cut off.

20. All staff must strictly abide by the rules and safety measures such as safety operation procedures and technical operation regulations.

21. The person responsible for maintenance must confirm the person, object, environment, and instructions to be issued.

22. After the completion of maintenance, the net finished site will be cleared.
