First, define the location
Start by comparing the design with the actual space to determine the exact placement of the appliance and keel. Establish the ceiling installation height, as Yuba units typically perform best between 2.1m and 2.3m.
Second, ensure levelness
Once the height is determined, set up a horizontal alignment. Use screws or adhesive (to avoid damaging tiles) to secure the corners. Make sure the tiling around the corners is neat, with no visible gaps.
Third, mark and drill
After determining the keel positions, use a hammer drill to create holes. Cut and assemble the boom screws according to the required length, then fasten them into the drilled holes. This step can be done in parallel with the previous one for efficiency.
Fourth, install the keel
Fix the main keel onto the retaining ring under the boom screw, and attach the triangular keel to the main keel. After installation, adjust the alignment and gradually tighten the joint screws to maintain straightness and stability.
Fifth, install the suspended ceiling
There are two common methods for installing square aluminum gusset ceilings: edge mounting and center support, depending on the specific layout. The first board should be carefully placed to determine the position and level of the rest of the panels.
Sixth, integrate appliances
Assemble the appliances as needed, ensuring that the mounting brackets are firmly attached. It’s recommended to include optional gussets and electrical components to meet size and load requirements, reducing the risk of accidents during operation.
Seventh, install electrical components
The installer must hold a valid electrical certification, and all exposed wiring should be properly insulated. Connect the appliances and switches, conduct a power test, and use a leather hammer to make fine adjustments, ensuring a seamless finish without any gaps.
Eighth, adjust the corner caps
Cornice caps can be tricky to install, so it's advisable to remove a fully installed cap next to the last one, adjust it to the optimal position, and then reattach it for a perfect fit.
(Word count: 517)Bearing housings are modular assemblies designed to make it easy to install bearings and shafts, while protecting bearings, extending their operating life and simplifying maintenance.
Housings are available in many sizes, and generally fall into five standard categories: split plummer (or pillow) block housings, non-split plummer block housings, flanged housings, take-up housings and two-bearing housings. These products can be designed to meet specific duty requirements such as load, speed and operating environmental conditions.
Non-standard bearing housing designs can also be supplied to particular customer requirements: for example, where special shaft centre heights, unusual sealing arrangements or non-standard materials of construction may be specified.
If ease of installation and maintenance are prime considerations, then split plummer block housings are an excellent choice as they not only accommodate pre-assembled shafts, but also simplify bearing inspections and maintenance as the shaft does not need to be disassembled. These units are designed for self-aligning ball bearings, spherical roller bearings and CARB toroidal roller bearings. Non-split plummer block housings are preferred when there are heavy loads acting in a direction other than toward the support surface. They are also used when the housing has to be mounted from the end of the shaft.
We have specialized in producing US/EURO standard bearing housings more than 10 years, could help to design the bearing housing or produce the bearing housing according to your requirements. (OEM accepted)
