Japanese machine tool orders achieve year-on-year data growth for 10 consecutive months

Recently, the Japan Machine Tool Industry Association (JMTBA) announced the accurate statistics of the machine tool orders of its member units in September 2010. According to the data, in September 2010, the total order value of Japanese machine tools was 92.011 billion yen, an increase of 7.2% from the previous month's 85.851 billion yen, and a sharp increase of 113.6% from September 2009. The Japanese machine tool order was realized for 10 consecutive months. The year-on-year data is growing rapidly. Among them, the orders for CNC machine tools were 82.262 billion yen, which was the same as the previous year, up 98% year-on-year. The orders for CNC machine tools accounted for 89.4% of the total orders. From January to September of the first three quarters, the total order of Japanese machine tools totaled 702.907 billion yen, an increase of 173.2% over the same period in 2009.

In September 2010, Japanese machine tool sales were 99.945 billion yen, up 37.1% from the previous month and up 80.6% year-on-year. Among them, sales of CNC machine tools were 96.602 billion yen, up 80.1% year-on-year. From January to September, the cumulative sales of Japanese machine tools was 612.88 billion yen, a year-on-year increase of 30.1%. In September, the machine tool order balance was 472.249 billion yen, a year-on-year increase of 33.4%.

In September, domestic orders in Japan were 27.718 billion yen, down 5.3% from the previous month and up 38.7% from the same period last year. In the same period, the overseas orders amounted to 64.894 billion yen, a year-on-year increase of 13.4%, a substantial increase of 175.9% year-on-year. The data showed that the overseas machine tool order rebound rate has decreased in recent months, but it is still higher than the domestic order growth rate. From January to September, domestic orders in Japan totaled 219.689 billion yen, up 98% year-on-year; overseas orders totaled 481.209 billion yen, up 230.2% year-on-year.

This laminated product is formed through heat pressing after electric industry alkali glass cloth dips into the phenolic resin. It has high mechanic and dielectric performance, and applicable as insulation structural components for electromechanical/electrical equipment, as well as used under damp environmental conditions and transformer oil. 

Technical requirement for surface

Appearance: The surface should be smooth. Layers, arris and bubbles are not allowed. Tiny corrugation and trimming signs are allowed. Little impurity that will not affect its voltage resistance is allowed, such as irregular color, scratch and glue marks. Tiny corrugation in the inner wall is allowed. The end shall be cut tidy. The tubes with over 13mm wall thickness are allowed to have tiny flaws on the end.
