Second, the cause of the failure of the aerial work platform
1. The hydraulic oil radiator pipe is blocked.
2, the car is not used properly, often overloaded, such as often used in trailers, or often fast, speeding and so on.
3. The pressure limiting valve leading to the hydraulic oil radiator is stuck.
4. The main oil circuit oil pressure is too low, and the clutch or brake slips during work.
5, clutch or brake free clearance is too small
Third, the high-altitude operation platform fault diagnosis and elimination
Let the car run at low and medium speeds. After the automatic transmission reaches the normal operating temperature, check the temperature of the automatic transmission hydraulic oil radiator during engine operation.
Under normal conditions, the temperature of the hydraulic oil radiator can reach about 60 °C. If the temperature of the hydraulic oil radiator is low, the oil pipe is clogged, or the pressure limiting valve to the hydraulic oil radiator is stuck. In this way, the hydraulic oil is cooled in time, and the oil temperature is too high, resulting in deterioration.
If the temperature of the hydraulic oil radiator is too high, the free clearance of the clutch or brake is too high. The automatic transmission should be disassembled and adjusted.
If the throttle cable or throttle position sensor is installed properly, the automatic transmission should be disassembled to check whether the oil pump is worn out too much, whether the main oil pressure regulating valve and the throttle valve in the valve plate are stuck, and whether the main oil circuit has oil leakage. .
If the hydraulic oil temperature is normal, the main oil pressure should be measured. If the oil pressure is too low, check the adjustment of the elevator throttle cable or the throttle position sensor.
If the above checks are normal, the fault may be caused by the car often overloading, or the hydraulic oil of the appropriate grade is not used as required. In this regard, the hydraulic oil can be completely discharged, and the hydraulic oil of the specified grade and quantity can be added.
