Notice of the enlarged meeting of the six executive directors of the 4th session of the Superhard Club

Club directors and above units and industry enterprises:
According to the requirements of the General Conference, the club should complete the re-election in 2014, in order to prepare for the re-election, and summarize the work in 2013 and deploy the work in 2014; promote the sustainable and healthy development of the super-hard materials industry; promote the exchange of super-hard materials industry across the Taiwan Strait, after research and acceptance Taiwanese counterparts suggested that the fourth executive director (expansion) meeting of the fourth session should be held in Jinghong City, Yunnan Province from April 22 to 26, 2014. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
First, the main content of the meeting:
1. Communicate the spirit of the first meeting of the Secretary-General in 2014;
2. Review the summary of the work of the club in 2013;
3. Review the 2014 work plan of the club and the main work arrangements in the near future;
4. To report on the economic performance of the industry in 2013;
5. According to the re-election procedure, select the candidate units above the director;
6. Special lectures on grinding application technology in aerospace and automotive fields;
7. Cross-strait exchange symposium;
8. Inspection of superhard materials market in surrounding areas.

Third, the meeting schedule registration time: April 22, 2014 April 23 full-day meeting April 24-26, inspection.
Note: Representatives who do not participate in the inspection can leave before noon on the 24th. The inspection will return to Jinghong City from 3pm to 4pm on the 26th.
Fourth, note:
1. Participants must register with the conference secretariat by the registration form of the participants before March 31, 2014, and pay the conference fee in advance (member unit 3500 yuan/person, non-member unit 4100 yuan/person), and at the same time Transfer the original passport (at least six months), the photocopy of the ID card (front and back), and two 2-inch white photos (3.5cm*4.5cm) to the Association Secretariat for the unified processing of visas;
2. Participants who do not participate in the survey also need to register with the Secretariat and prepay the conference fee (members 1000 yuan / person, non-member units 1600 yuan / person);
3. If there is still reception capacity after the registration of the registered personnel, the unregistered personnel can be received, and the unregistered personnel cannot participate in the inspection. The charging standard is 1300 yuan/person for the member unit and 1900 yuan/person for the non-member unit;
4. The meeting will be arranged for every two people in the standard room. If you need a private room, you will be added 1,000 yuan/person to participate in the inspection, and 400 yuan/person will not be added to the inspection staff.
5. The family and enrollment fees are the same as the official representatives;
6. Participants are requested to submit the required information in time and confirm their itinerary. Once registered, the registration fee will not be refunded.
Units that fail to pay annual membership fees are not eligible for membership.
