Maintenance and troubleshooting

1. Limit adjustment: If the brake lever is not horizontal or vertical, push the horizontal magnet or vertical magnet to adjust the limit position. Note: Do not remove the magnet from the rotary magnetic pole. The correct magnetic pole acts on the Hall sensor. Its output (open collector type) and ground conduction make the HOR or VER terminal on the PCB change from high level to low level, 'Horizontal' or 'Vertical' ( Vertical) 'LED lights up; incorrect poles will not react.

2. Balance adjustment: The tension of the balance spring is related to the length of the brake rod. The brake has been selected according to the order of the customer by the spring of the corresponding specifications. The precise balance is achieved by adjusting the tension of the spring. After the brake lever is installed at the scene, in the case of power failure to ensure safety, use the crank to manually turn to judge the strength of the lift lever and the drop lever. If there is a significant difference, you can increase or adjust the position of the hook on the balance arm. Adjust the tension of the spring to achieve balance.

3. Control circuit: As shown in the wiring diagram of the main control board of the gateway, the PCB control board shall ensure that the 'Run' indicator on the PCB is lit and the 'up' on the PCB is operated under the condition of ensuring the power supply. 'Down', 'Stop' button, 'Up', 'Down' and 'Stop' lights should be illuminated, and the gateway should act accordingly. The solid state relay drive indicator 'Motor' should be lit when the gateway is in the act of raising the gate, and the 'Motor' and the commutation relay's drive indicator 'Relay (relay)' should be lit at the same time when the gate brake is actuated. (The weaker 'Relay'), the commutation relay should have a suction action. During the lifting process, the PCB board receives the in-position signal of the Hall sensor and ends the operation. If the corresponding in-position signal is not received within 6 seconds, the CPU will automatically protect the motor and end the operation. When the CPU program fails, the 'Run' light flashes at a frequency of about 1 Hz. If the 'Reset' button does not return to normal, the CPU or PCB must be replaced. Note: The gateway has been in the vertical position, press 'L' should be invalid; the gateway has been in the horizontal position or the vehicle sensor sensor has a car output is low, press 'down' should be invalid; gateway machine has an external remote control to receive If the remote control has been operated and the manual button is locked, the 'up' and 'down' buttons will also be disabled.

4. If you change the right-hand circuit to the left or left to the right, rotate the lever by 90o to swap the motor's red and capacitor lines and the yellow and capacitor lines to swap the Hall sensor lines. Then mount the spring to the corresponding hole on the other side.

5. Fuse: The fuse on the PCB is 220V2A. After the fuse is blown, replace the fuse with the same specification. Repeated melting should find out the reason. If a high-power channel traffic light is connected, replace the corresponding current fuse.

6. Solid State Relay: When the solid state relay drive indicator 'Motor' is lit, there is no 220V AC voltage output on the motor terminal, the motor does not rotate, prove that the solid state relay is not conducting, has to be replaced when the PCB board is damaged, or the motor terminal block There is a 220V DC voltage output. The motor vibrates but does not rotate. It proves that the solid state relay is turned on only for half a week and the PCB has been damaged due to damage.

7. Running capacitance: Under the condition that the PCB control board is normal, 220V AC voltage output will be provided on the motor terminal when the gate is activated. The motor will send a hum current without turning or turning, even if there is no belt idle. This is also the case. This may be due to the replacement of the running capacitor.

8. Communication interface: When the wiring is correct according to the diagram, in the standby state, 'ReceiveG (transmit green)' 'TransmitG (transmit green)' should be lit, and when PC sends the command 'ReceiveR (receive red light)' should flash. When the gateway returns to the PC, 'TransmitR' should flash. In the event that the agreement is correct, the gateway will act accordingly. If the project does not require the return of the gateway, the HT232B optically isolated long line driver can be omitted. Connect the TXD and GND of the RS232 port of the PC directly to the T- and T+ of the gateway machine. When the wiring is correct, the 'ReceiveG' and 'ReceiveR' instructions are the same as above.

9. Engineering wiring: Please use 3-core 1.5mm2 or more power lines for the power cables and ensure that they are properly grounded. Control lines and communication lines should use 0.3mm2 or more shielded wires, and the shielding layer should be well grounded according to the figure to improve anti-lightning anti-jamming performance.
