My site safety inspection experience

On April 1st, the Unit Safety Supervision Branch and the trade union jointly organized relevant personnel to carry out safety inspections in-depth and on-going. As the unit security manager, the author carried out a comprehensive security inspection along with the unit security inspection team at the site. During this period, we conducted a detailed inspection of the three sites on the site. The situation is as follows:

I. Civil explosives loading

Once they are lost, they will not be found and will be extremely harmful to society. In the work of civil explosives, we must be highly vigilant.

After listening to my statement, he only felt that he had violated the regulations and that he was doing something wrong.

Blasting operations

Blasting is the most dangerous operation in unit seismic exploration. I never miss this point of work every time I check.

To the front of the explosion, the thing that caught my eye was that the staff got together and circled and chatted there. Going up, I asked the bomber what the procedures were for the location of the blast machine and why so many people were gathered here. Some with a mobile phone, and some with a walkie-talkie, once radio frequency interference, will not cause accidental explosion?

Third, the operator labor insurance shoes

The key to mountaineering is whether the shoes are slippery or not, and whether the soles are flat. Just one employee had to walk through my eyes. I stopped him and checked his shoes. I couldn't help but see it. The staff's soles have been worn out. I immediately told the person in charge of the scene to immediately change the shoes for the employee to prevent the wrestling in the mountains.

After the inspection, we communicated with the person in charge of the site. The person in charge of the site put forward their opinions on the issue of dumb guns. He said that the current reason for the occurrence of a dumb gun is that the shaft wall is not vertical and the processing tools are not special tools and they are dangerous. At present, they can only be protected from labor protection.

I said that the rules for processing dummy weapons are not detailed and need to be taken seriously. The key is to strengthen the work of monitoring the hole and adopt a method of turning the hole into a hole so that the center of the hole is perpendicular to the ground and provide technical parameters for the processing of the dummy gun. The drill pipe shall be scaled and dimensioned every 20m. When encountering the top 20-30cm of the explosive, the hole shall be stopped and the drug shall be detonated. This is the best way to handle dumb guns.

Regarding the issue of safe production in the survey area, the first is that safety awareness can be relaxed at a moment and safety procedures must be strictly observed. More meetings are required to emphasize safety, and the rules must be strictly enforced to eliminate illegal activities. On-site management of civilian explosives operations sites must be strengthened, idlers must not enter, and gatherings and circles must not be allowed.
