It is understood that in November 2013, the provincial government and Chinalco Rio Tinto Exploration Co., Ltd. signed the "Agreement on Accelerating the Promotion of the Hanta Gas-Exploration of Porphyry Copper Deposits in the Sandaowanzi Rapid Breakthrough Area," and in 2014 And Heihe City signed the "Strategic Cooperation Agreement between Heihe Municipal People's Government and Chinalco Rio Tinto Exploration Co., Ltd.". The cooperation area is located within the scope of the Dabaoshan Daxintun National Reconnaissance Exploration Area in Heihe City. It will complete the regional evaluation within three years and achieve a major breakthrough in prospecting for the world-class porphyry copper ore, and follow the prospecting, mining, and ore dressing. , smelting, processing, and integration principles, develop and build mine projects, and build integrated upstream and downstream mining projects.

At the symposium, the person in charge of Chinalco Rio Tinto Exploration Co., Ltd. detailed the progress of the current project, and communicated with Heihe City on the issues encountered in the work, hoping to get support and help.

City leaders pointed out that the provincial and municipal governments attach great importance to the construction of the project.
