Zhonghua’s crystalline silicon photovoltaic module achieves a conversion efficiency of 24.37%

Japan Bell Chemical announced on October 27, 2016 that the conversion efficiency of the crystalline silicon photovoltaic power generation module developed by the company reached 24.37%. This is measured by the Japan Industrial Technology Research Institute. The opening area reached 13177cm2. Exceeding 24.1% of the US SunPower's release in June 2016, reaching the highest level of crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules in the world.

Zhong Hua announced in September that the conversion efficiency of the heterojunction back-contact crystalline silicon photovoltaic cell reached 26.33% (see the report on this site). The 108 units were used this time, and the module also achieved the highest level of conversion efficiency in the world by adopting unique measures such as reducing the loss of wiring between units and improving collection efficiency.
