1. How to use
(1) Insert the thermometer into the thermometer socket (usually in the middle of the top bleed regulator).
(2) Power on, turn on the power switch, the red indicator light is on, and heating starts. Turn on the blast switch i to convect hot air.
[3) Pay attention to the thermometer. When the temperature of the thermometer is about to reach the required temperature, adjust the automatic temperature control knob so that the green indicator light is just lit. After tomin, observe the thermometer and indicator light. If the temperature indicated by the thermometer exceeds the required temperature and the red indicator light is still on, the automatic temperature control knob will rotate counterclockwise, and the temperature will be constant at the required temperature. And the indicator lights turn red and green. The automatic thermostat knob is on the upper left or lower right side of the front of the cabinet. Its scale plate can't be used as a temperature indicator, it can only be used as an adjustment mark.
[4) After working for a certain period of time, you can open the top center. The gas regulator removes moisture and also turns on the blower.
(5) After use, turn off the switch. Turn the power plug down.
2. Precautions
[1) Check the power supply before use, and have a good ground wire.
(2) Do not put flammable and explosive materials and volatile materials into the box for heating. Do not place flammable objects near the cabinet.
(3) The inside of the box should be kept clean, and the net should not have rust, otherwise it will affect the cleanliness of the glassware.
(4) When baking the washed utensils, the water should be removed as much as possible and placed in the oven. After drying, wait until the temperature drops
Items below 6012 can be removed. The heating temperature of plastic and plexiglass products should not exceed 60 ° C, and the addition of glassware
The thermal temperature cannot exceed 180 °C.
(5) The motor bearings of the blower should be refueled once every six months.
(6) Avoid the collision temperature when placing the item, otherwise the temperature is unstable.
(7) The power should be cut off during maintenance to prevent live operation.
