Kenin: Severe Energy Issues Should Establish Important Decisions for Global Governance

The 2nd Global Think Tank Summit was held in Beijing on the 25th to 26th. Yakinin, the policy research center of the Russia Northwest Conference, said at the main forum on the morning of the 26th that there is a good chance that international global governance will become a global energy source. The main forum for the issue is very serious, so we must have an important decision on global energy governance.

Yakinin also said that the Fukushima incident has once again demonstrated that we need to establish a special regulatory mechanism on a global scale that integrates not only nuclear power plants, but also nuclear energy markets, and we must have a more central governance mechanism.

The following is a record of Vladimir Yakinin’s speech:

Dear guests, everyone, I will make a short speech. The foundation of energy and resources is very unbalanced, which means that we cannot exclude the use of resources that are very dangerous. And whether a source of energy is acceptable cannot be determined by a single country. Should we stop operations in some countries? The events of the Fukushima nuclear leak show us that the world's energy market is being integrated and we have recently seen the integration of the natural gas global market. We will also see that China and Russia's energy market will have a great deal of convergence.

The Fukushima incident has once again demonstrated that we need to establish a special regulatory mechanism on a global scale that integrates not only nuclear power plants, but also nuclear energy markets, and we must have a more central governance mechanism. But is the global energy market now ready to establish such a mechanism?

First of all, now we don’t have a consensus that we will see a carbon energy crisis in the future, an energy crisis based on carbon, and now experts predict that there will be great opportunities for the development of water and carbon energy, and we can put this As a basis, however, the management of different countries is very different. From now on, the most important decision is the need to determine the life cycle of energy production. And, a globally vibrant energy market depends on the right energy production method.

So, from now on, we can say that we have different levels of planning. This is true in different countries and regions. Some are five-year plans, some are ten-year or fifteen-year plans, so this is It shows that we may establish a new schedule and by 2020, see how things will develop.

Our past agenda is about the safety of climate and energy, and we feel that new issues should be added to this new agenda. The first new issue to consider is where is the peak of oil production? For the next twenty or thirty years. The second question is whether our gasoline will still be the fuel of the most commonly used cars.

The next question is whether the golden age of natural gas will still exist. The following things need to be done:

First, we must ensure the coordination of the planning system.

Second, we must coordinate the management mechanism. We need to find a common solution to the problem.

Finally, I would like to say that the three issues discussed at the last G20 meeting were inflation, immigration and international security. However, it is very likely that international global governance will become the main forum for discussing global energy issues. This issue is very serious, so we must have an important decision on global energy governance. Thank you.

Single Handle Kitchen Faucets

Single Handle Kitchen Faucets or taps frequently use one handle, more complex, valve controlled by a single handle (single handle mixer). The handle moves up and down to control the opening and turning off, and moves left and right to control the temperature of the water.
