The prices of wheat and corn have been steadily increasing in recent months, which has created challenges for feed producers and farmers. This helps maintain nutritional balance while reducing reliance on corn. Second, the grinding size of wheat should not be too fine, especially during the laying period. Coarse grinding is recommended to ensure proper digestion and prevent issues like gizzard erosion. Third, when introducing wheat into the diet, it's important to do so gradually. A transition period of at least 10 days is ideal, and it should not be shorter than 7 days. This allows the animals to adapt smoothly to the new ingredient and minimizes digestive stress. Fourth, care must be taken to avoid moldy wheat in feed. Moldy grains can lead to serious health problems in livestock and even result in significant losses on the farm.
