5) Existing small steel molds should be fully utilized, especially for clear water concrete applications. Some companies have found success by covering the surface of these molds with plastic sheets or thin plates, making them suitable for floors, shear walls, and other components.
6) With the increasing demand for curved walls, traditional shaped templates require frequent adjustments, which can be time-consuming and costly. Recently, "adjustable curved templates" have been widely used. These allow for easy radius adjustment, offering excellent results and proving to be a valuable innovation.
7) For the core cylinder of super high-rise or high-rise buildings, "hydraulic climbing formwork" is highly recommended. This system combines the benefits of large and sliding formwork, allowing for continuous upward progress without the need for external scaffolding or tower cranes. It enhances safety at height and is particularly effective for constructing concrete cores in steel structures.
By applying these strategies, construction teams can improve efficiency, reduce waste, and achieve better structural outcomes while maintaining cost-effectiveness and safety.
