The conductors used in these cables are made from multi-strand fine-stranded oxygen-free copper wire, with a diameter of 0.1 ± 0.004 mm. For special applications, alternative copper materials can be selected based on the customer’s technical specifications.
The insulation is made from a specially blended nitrile and PVC compound, ensuring durability and flexibility. The color of the cable can be customized according to the customer's requirements.
A tinned copper wire mesh shield is used, with a weaving density of over 85%, providing excellent electromagnetic interference (EMI) protection. The outer sheath is composed of a special PVC blend that offers resistance to bending, oil, abrasion, and water, making it ideal for harsh environments.
