The second meeting of the Secretary General of China Machine Tool Association was held

On the morning of July 27, the second work meeting of the Secretary-General in 2013 was successfully held in Beijing. This was the first working meeting of the Secretary-General after the successful re-election of the Council of the Association. First of all, Li Jiyun, deputy director of the industry department, represented the general meeting and made a summary of the work on industrial upgrading research projects in different industries. Xie Wei, deputy director of the exhibition department, reported on the latest preparations for the 8th China CNC Machine Tool Exhibition (CCMT2014), focusing on introducing the new situation and new changes facing the exhibition next year, and assisting the general meeting in the next stage. Wei Erjun, Secretary General of the Milling Machine Branch, introduced the successful experience of the milling machine branch in enhancing the cohesiveness of the industry, doing a good job in basic work, and strengthening the organization of the club. Chen Dezhong, secretary-general of the special processing machine branch, combined with examples, focused on his own work on the work of the club. After listening to the speeches of the deputies, Executive Vice President and Secretary-General Chen Huiren first gave positive affirmation to the performance and achievements of the relevant sub-committee on the research topics arranged by the General Conference; but also pointed out some shortcomings. In particular, it emphasizes the integrity and discipline of the industry work between the Association and the clubs in the future. The three excellent clubs have fully affirmed the practice of providing services to member companies on a down-to-earth basis.

Regarding the future development direction and key work of the Association, Chen Huiren, Executive Vice President and Secretary General pointed out: In order to adapt to the new development requirements, the Association will follow the goal of building a modern social organization and focus on "providing services, reflecting demands, and regulating behaviors". The role, closely combined with the new requirements of industry development, and effectively strengthen the association's own construction. Specifically, it is necessary to make systematic and scientific planning and arrangement for the business construction, team building, organization construction, system construction and cultural construction of the association, and to realize the version upgrade of the association construction.
