In many applications and processes, Fenike technology application engineers have concluded that there are reasons for the knife in the car processing. Especially for difficult-to-cut materials, due to high hardness or large deformation of the mold, the cutting force increases, and the problem of the knife is most likely to occur during finishing. Some of the reasons and solutions are as follows:

1. Tool main declination: Try to choose a larger tool main declination and reduce the back force, which is the most effective way to solve the knife and cutting vibration.

2, the tool tip arc: try to take a small tool tip arc, and with a small feed. It is a common method of reducing the back force.

3, the negative chamfer of the tool: try to take a smaller chamfer width and chamfer angle to reduce deformation resistance. Of course, the rake angle of the tool should be a large rake angle without premature chipping.
