**Testing Principle:**
The aluminum cap is fixed on the lower jaw of the testing machine, and the slanted tip of the puncture straw is used to pierce the cap at a controlled speed. The maximum force required to puncture and open the cap is measured, and the result is evaluated for compliance.
**Testing Procedure:**
1. Take a suitable number of Yitong caps and secure them onto the lower clamp of the medical packaging tear tester.
2. Insert the puncture straw into the upper clamp of the testing machine and adjust the slanted tip to the easy-opening area of the cap.
3. Start the test machine and perform the puncture test at a speed of 100 mm/min ± 10 mm/min.
4. After the test, record the maximum force value during the puncture process. If the force is ≤12N, the product is considered qualified.
