Later, as Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications, she championed the KOHLER brand and played a pivotal role in its rise to prominence. Under her leadership, KOHLER became synonymous with innovation and excellence, thanks in large part to her strategic vision, relentless drive, and innovative thinking.
One of Natalie’s proudest accomplishments was the establishment of the Black Spring Foundation, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to literacy, education, hunger relief, and animal welfare. Her commitment to these causes was unwavering, and she ensured her family was involved from a young age. Through generous contributions, she supported local initiatives such as the Sheboygan County Food Bank, the Sheboygan County Humane Society, and the Sheboygan Public Education Foundation.
Natalie’s influence extended far beyond her professional achievements. She was a voracious reader with a particular fondness for fiction and female authors, a testament to her lifelong appreciation for learning and storytelling.
